There were at least three different Frankenstein Monster action figures made by three different companies (well, four different figures, actually) in the 1970s... Mego's Mad Monsters version (which had a glow-in-the-dark variation), AHI had one, and then there's the Lincoln one shown here!

Fits pretty well with other 8-inch 70s Mego figures
