I bought these at a dollar store a few Halloweens ago... they also had some PVC figures offered, too.

    I got these about the same time and at a similar locale. I also latched onto some decks of playing cards with the classic monsters during teh same "shopping spree." Obviously not legally licensed, but nifty nonetheless.
