Assorted Frankenstein Toys!

These are of much more recent vintage than I usually save photos of, but it's nice group of stuff!

Bride of Frankenstein Bandai Super-Deformed Figurine!

This was part of a series of figures made in Japan by Bandai in the "Super-Deformed" style.

USPS Universal Monsters Collector's Set!

Here's something I never saw at the Post Office -- because if I had, I would've snapped it up in a heartbeat! I hardly see these show up on eBay at all... I wonder if a second set was done with the other Universal monsters?

Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein Swedish Poster!

I think this is the Polish poster, anyway...

Edit: Thanks to an anonymous commenter, I've learned this is the Swedish poster!

Creepy Classics Finger Puppets!

I bought these at a dollar store a few Halloweens ago... they also had some PVC figures offered, too.

Miscellaneous Frankenstein Still!

I honestly forget which of the Universal Frankensteins this is from... I've posted this photo in the Random Acts of Geekery before, and someone pointed out where it's from, but I can't find that entry now!

Frankenstein "Wear a Weirdo" Necklace!

I believe these were manufactured in the 1960s!

Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman WIndow Card!

You can see here what the original painting for this poster was like -- now compare it to the French one I posted earlier!

Evil of Frankenstein Spanish Pressbook!

Note that the monster on the cover here is designed to remind you of the Karloff monster!

Halloween Masks Featuring 3 Frankenstein Monsters!

Always interesting to look at different Frankenstein monster masks... compare the three here! And don't overlook the Bride of Frankenstein mask, either!

War of the Gargantuas Still!

Sorry, no monsters on today's post!

Revenge of Frankenstein Belgium Poster!

My notes had this as a French poster, but looking at it now, I think it's from Belgium! Hammer's take on a Frankenstein series, only carrying the Doctor through (and not the monster) was probably the smartest thing they did with their series.

Frankenstein Handpuppet!

Well, maybe it's a Herman Munster handpuppet... it's hard to say from this photo!

Frankenstein Still!

Obviously, you'll recognize this still as occuring just as the Monster has spotted the girl throwing flowers into the lake...

Frankenstein's New Years Party Poster!

Man, I wish I could've been there for this party -- why have there been no photos published of this?

War of the Gargantuas Italian Photobusta!

War of the Gargantuas was the sequel to "Frankenstein Conquers the World" -- the Gargantuas were grown from the giant creature from the previous movie, which itself was grown from the irradiated heart of the Frankenstein monster!

Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman French Poster!

The characters may be off-model, but I really like the looks of this French poster!

Bride of Frankenstein Still!

Lovely photo of Dr. Pretorius, drinking his wine in the cemetary...

Welcome to the Blog of Frankenstein!

Welcome to the Blog of Frankenstein, the latest of my blogs! Like the last two new blogs I've started, Dracula's Crypt of Collectibles and Go-Go Godzilla, this blog will feature, every day of the week, a photo of one Frankenstein-related item, and more often than not, these items will be things that have been offered for sale on eBay... so if you see something you want to add to your collection, look for it there!

You'll find photos, lobby cards and stills from all the Universal Frankensteins, the Hammer series, other studios (yes, even the Toho "Frankenstein Conquers the World")... plus toys and other collectibles! Sometimes I'll have something to say about them, sometimes I won't, and will just show the photo! I hope you'll stop by daily!

The inaugural image, seen above, is an Italian "Photobusta" (lobby card) for Son of Frankenstein!
