Agreed with both of you... of course, if you check out Go-Go-Godzilla, you'll see that the Photobustas the Italians produced seemed to use a lot of images not from the movie being promoted!

And yes, I know that Frankenstein was the doctor, and not the monster... but the term has become such common use thanks to toys and the like over the years that I don't have a problem sometimes using "Frankenstein" to refer to the monster.
