Remco Monsterizer!

From what I understand, the Monsterizer was a toy designed to quickly "charge up" the glow-in-the-dark parts of their Monster figures!

  4. I had this when I was a kid, along with the Frankenstein figure. I only just today finally found what it was exactly on the net. I wish I still had it!
