These were offered just once (that I recall seeing) on eBay, and never since! Probably because these magnets were custom-made, and therefore unauthorized.
I've seen lots of similar "bootleg" materials at movie conventions -- fridge magnets of movie posters, etc. OK, so they're not exactly kosher as far a slegality, but they make awesome collectibles nonetheless.

And yes, I know that Frankenstein was the doctor, and not the monster... but the term has become such common use thanks to toys and the like over the years that I don't have a problem sometimes using "Frankenstein" to refer to the monster.
